The Heritage Learning Journey is a continuous Canadian educational pathway from Nursery to Grade 12. It combines age-appropriate international frameworks with strong academic standards, inquiry-based learning, and student wellbeing, culminating in the internationally recognized Manitoba High School Diploma.

The Canadian diploma offers students an internationally recognized secondary qualification that supports applications to universities in Egypt, Canada, and worldwide, subject to individual admission requirements. The program does not rely solely on summative examinations; students demonstrate their learning through a balanced combination of coursework, projects, presentations, class participation, and assessments. This approach recognizes different strengths and learning styles, giving every student meaningful opportunities to succeed and thrive.

Heritage combines 20 years of Canadian educational experience with strong academic standards, inquiry-based learning, and a genuine commitment to student wellbeing. As a close-knit community school, every student is known, supported, and encouraged to grow academically and personally, while working toward the internationally recognized Manitoba High School Diploma.

Heritage is distinguished by its long-established Canadian identity, close-knit community, and commitment to educating the whole child. The recently introduced International Curriculum Association (ICA) frameworks strengthen curriculum development and teaching methods across Early Years, Elementary, and Middle School. In Grades 9–12, students follow the Manitoba High School Program, which is accredited by the Province of Manitoba and reviewed annually by its education authority. The program leads to the internationally recognized Manitoba High School Diploma. At Heritage, students are known, supported, and encouraged to develop academically, personally, and socially.

Heritage’s teaching team includes experienced, highly qualified Canadian, Egyptian and foreign educators who are selected for their professionalism, expertise, and compassionate approach, and who place students’ best interests at the heart of everything they do.

Yes, Heritage International School offers tours of the school campus as well as open day sessions scheduled to give parents the opportunity to view the school and make any inquires first hand.

Yes. All applicants complete an age- and grade-appropriate assessment as part of the admissions process. Depending on the student’s entry level, the assessment may explore academic knowledge, language skills, developmental readiness, and learning needs. It is designed to support appropriate placement and help the school understand how each student can be supported—not simply as a pass-or-fail examination.

The admission process is open through Heritage International School website, you may apply directly online by completing the application form and booking a date and time for your child’s admission assessment. The admission team will call you to confirm your appointment and answer any inquiries you may have. The assessment fee is paid on the assessment day and is non-refundable.
