Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Heritage International School (Canadian and British )
Reports to: School Director
Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase student recruitment in both the British and Canadian divisions. This role requires strong market analysis, forecasting skills, and expertise in marketing and branding to position Heritage International School as a top choice for parents.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Recruitment & Growth
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase student enrollment across all school divisions.
  • Identify new markets, partnerships, and opportunities to attract prospective families.
  • Work closely with the admissions team to enhance lead generation and conversion.
Market & Competitive Analysis
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of competitors, including tuition fees, offerings, and market trends.
  • Provide recommendations on school fee structures based on market pricing and demand.
  • Forecast school fees in alignment with market positioning and financial planning.
Marketing & Promotion
  • Develop and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote the school’s brand and programs.
  • Manage relationships with external advertising agencies and ensure effective ad placements.
  • Oversee the school’s online presence, including website management and social media updates.
  • Plan and execute promotional events, open houses, and school activations to attract prospective families.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of school marketing collaterals and giveaways.
Strategic Partnerships & Community Engagement
  • Represent the school at education fairs, conferences, and networking events.
  • Develop community initiatives to strengthen the school’s reputation and visibility.
 
 
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in business development or marketing, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong background in market research, strategic planning, and financial forecasting.
  • Proven track record in increasing student enrollment and achieving recruitment targets.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, branding, and social media management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Teaching Opportunity – British Division
 
Heritage International School in Sixth of October City, Cairo, is accepting teacher applications for the Early Years of our new British Section. We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic individuals.
 
Qualifications:
  • 5 years of teaching experience and/or teaching certificate.
  • Strong understanding of the U.K. primary curriculum.
  • Demonstrate an excellent understanding of the English language.

 
The successful candidates will possess the following attributes:

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide feedback to parents and careers on a pupil’s progress at parents’ evenings and other meetings.
  • Keep up to date with changes and developments in the structure of the curriculum.
