The Early Years Program at Heritage International School provides children with a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where they develop the confidence, curiosity, and foundational skills that support lifelong learning.
Covering Nursery through Kindergarten, the program recognizes early childhood as a critical stage of development and supports children’s intellectual, social, emotional, physical, and creative growth through meaningful play, inquiry, exploration, and purposeful learning experiences.
The Early Years Program is delivered through a developmentally appropriate approach supported by the International Early Years Curriculum (IEYC).

Teachers create engaging environments where children are encouraged to ask questions, investigate ideas, solve problems, communicate, create, and develop increasing independence.
By the end of Kindergarten, students are supported to develop increasing independence, confidence, communication skills, self-regulation, early literacy and numeracy foundations, and readiness to engage successfully with the more structured learning environment of Elementary School. |
