Heritage International School – Online Fee Payment Portal Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of terms
By using this online payment portal (“Portal”) to pay school fees to Heritage International School (“School”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you (“Parent/Guardian”) agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Portal.

2. Payment processing

  • The Portal allows you to submit payment of school fees by entering the required student information (student name, grade/class, student ID if applicable) and parent/guardian information (name, e-mail, phone number).
  • You will be redirected to our secure payment gateway (e.g., Paymob) to complete the transaction.
  • Upon completion you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that all information submitted (student name, class, ID, amount) is correct. We are not responsible for payments made with incorrect details that cannot be allocated.

3. Allocation of payments
Once your payment is successful, we will allocate it against your child’s account at the School. Please allow a reasonable period for processing. Any overpayment or mis-payment may be corrected by us in accordance with our internal policy.

4. Fees and currency
All payments are to be made in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise specified. You confirm that you are authorized to make the payment and have sufficient funds.

5. Refunds & disputes

  • Payments made through the Portal are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or at our sole discretion.
  • If you believe a payment has been processed incorrectly or in error, please contact the School’s finance office immediately with proof of payment (transaction reference, date, amount) so that we can investigate.

6. Use of the Portal

  • You agree not to use the Portal for any fraudulent or unauthorized purpose.
  • You shall not attempt to interfere with or breach the security of the Portal.

7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the School shall not be liable for:

  • any loss or damage arising from your use of the Portal (including indirect or consequential loss)
  • any failure to process a payment due to technical or other issues beyond our reasonable control (e.g., payment gateway downtime, network failures)
    Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Portal shall in no event exceed the amount you have paid via the Portal.

8. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Egypt. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Egypt.

9. Changes to these Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised version will be posted on our website and effective from the date of posting. By continuing to use the Portal after any changes are published, you agree to the new Terms.
